Trees for Sale

Each spring we graft trees for our own test orchard in Palermo. The varieties that we choose are those that have excited us or our fellow fruit explorers during the past few years. Below is the list of trees that will be available in Spring 2024. They are all two years old. All apples are grafted onto Antonovka rootstock, which is a standard rootstock, unless otherwise noted. Apples are $40.00 each and will be ready to dig in early-mid April.

We also offer seedling apples that we started from seeds collected from some of our favorite apples. We know one parent but not the other so we have no idea what traits they will exhibit. If you are up for some adventure in your life, give these a try. If you don’t like them, you can always topwork them over to another variety. Seedling apples are $10 each.

We have an assortment of some of our favorite European-type plum trees available this spring. Plums are on P. americana. Plums are $35 each.

We prefer to have you come pick up your trees at our farm in Palermo, Maine, but if you can’t, please contact us to work out shipping arrangements.

We will try to keep this list up to date as trees are sold, but send us an email before you send a check to make certain. Also check back in April for additional trees that aren’t included here.
