Apple Events at the Fair!

There are a bunch of great apple-related events at the Common Ground Fair this year!  Here's a list for quick reference:

Friday, September 21

Michael Phillips will be speaking about Holistic Orcharding at 10am.  Following that is John's Apple Tasting at 2pm.  After nibbling, you can choose to learn about making an Apple Crumble Over a Campfire or check out Wine Making Made Easy (using apples and other fruit) at 3pm.  Michael Phillips will also be speaking about Organic Orchard Pest Management at 3pm.

Saturday, September 22

If you missed out on Friday, you can attend a talk on Wine Making Made Easy (using apple or other fruit).  Michael Phillips will be speaking again about Holistic Orcharding at 11am.  Tour MOFGA's Orchard at noon.  At 1pm, John will be speaking about Poly-Culture Orcharding and then, at 2pm, offer up more deliciousness at his Apple Tasting.  Michael Phillips will be speaking at 4pm about Fruit Trees for Zones 4 and 5.

Sunday, September 23

Learn a bit about MOFGA's apple trees on an orchard tour at 12pm.  John will be offering samples of more apples at his 2pm Tasting.
